The recorded route is the race track of the 24h-race in Nortorf ( you can find more information about the race here: http://www.nortorf24.de ).
Like nearly all routes in Northern Germany and Denmark, this one is flat, too. A perfect condition for a 24h-race ;). This RLV is primarily addressed to the participants of the race. It is for practicing the power distribution over several laps.
However, other users can use this RLV as a contrast to the mountain trips in Spain and Norway :). It is a very good recovery workout, aerobic endurance workout (G0-G1 range), a cadence workout and it is good for high-speed racing.
